Warranty Information
At ProTek Appliance Repair, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we install. Our goal is to provide reliable repairs and lasting solutions, giving our customers confidence and peace of mind after every service visit.
Labour Warranty
All completed repairs performed by ProTek Appliance Repair are backed by a 30-day labour warranty from the date of service.
This warranty covers the labour associated with the specific repair that was performed and applies only to the original issue diagnosed and repaired by our technician.
If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, please contact our office and we will arrange for a technician to assess the appliance, free of any additional service fees.
Parts Warranty
Replacement parts may be covered by a manufacturer warranty, supplier warranty, or a ProTek warranty, depending on the specific part installed.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and part type. The warranty period applicable to your repair will be indicated on your invoice or communicated by our office at the time of repair.
In some cases, warranty claims may require:
- Inspection by a technician
- Testing of the failed component
- Approval from the manufacturer or supplier
- Return of the defective part
Extended Warranty Options
For customers seeking additional protection, extended warranty options may be available for certain repairs and replacement parts.
Please speak with your technician or contact our office for details regarding available coverage and pricing.
